Service Area

Two Ladies From Ramona Cleaning Service provides residential cleaning exclusively within the Ramona, CA area. Services are not available outside this area.

Scheduling

All cleanings are scheduled Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 4 PM. We do not provide services on weekends or major holidays.

Estimates are given in-home and in-person, any day of the week, at no cost and with no commitment required.

Payment

Payment is due on the day of service. We accept cash or check only. We do not accept credit cards or digital payments at this time.

Access to Your Home

Clients do not need to be present during the cleaning. If you will not be home, please arrange access (key, lockbox, or other method) prior to your appointment.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (760) 789-7951 as soon as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future services.

Supplies

We furnish all cleaning supplies at no extra cost. All products are environmentally friendly and safe for children and pets.

Liability

Our teams are experienced, thorough, and reliable. In the unlikely event of damage or loss during a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours at (760) 789-7951 so we can address the situation directly.
